I recently purchased a new machine myself...after 28 years using my Kenmore Sensorsew 70 I thought it was time to get a newer electronic machine..now don't get me wrong the Kenmore still sews like a dream..it's just not as computerized as the newer machines...well not wanting to spend an arm and a leg for a new machine...I found this Brother PC 420...I gotta tell you it wasn't my first choice...I purchased a Singer and promptly returned it...ordered the Brother and was shocked at the difference in QUALITY...the Brother sews so much smoother than the Singer and was a lot quieter..which matters if you're at this machine hours at a time...here's a picture of the machine I bought...
