Return Policy

If you have seen my items at the Local Farmer's Market or have seen something online...and would like to custom order something you saw....please send an email to janmariedollsandprims@gmail.com.
Please keep in mind that all items are handmade, therefore mostly one of a kind...not all items can be exactly duplicated...but it can be similar and made with the same quality and care as all my handmade items...

Questions and comments are always welcome....


Clothing return policy....all items are handmade...I want the clothing you purchase to be a correct fit...all kids are not created equal when it comes to sizing....if you have an issue or problem with a clothing items purchased please send me an email or see me at the market so we can resolve the matter....

I will give a 7 day return policy on all my items...I want my customers to be happy both big and small....

Please email prior to returning an item...returns will not be accepted unless you contact me first....thank you for understanding....

The Pattern Blurb

Most of the items I create are from my own original designs...occassionally I use a pattern purchased from another designer....I always try to give the designer credit...if it has been omitted because I rushed or had brain fade...please let me know....sometimes it will be in a previous post...if you come across a pattern used and nowhere has the designer been given credit...I will go back and post the designer's name....
