Sorry folks, but the craft part of the Wine N'Venice show has been cancelled...the rest of the event will still take place if you are interested in wine tasting....

Calling All Locals....Wine N' Venice Event

Calling all locals....this is the show I was talking about....Wine N' Venice Event....it will be hosted at the Nu Sanctuary Lounge at Town Square Shopping Center in Las Vegas,NV....by the way this is a fabulous shopping center if you have not been there yet...plan on an all day walk about....this place is huge....

Each week there will be new artist....it is sure to be a fabulous show...these are some wonderful artist...

come out and see us if you can...

Kitties and Frogs and Bears Oh My !!!!

Sew and Sew...I have a show coming up on the 26th and I am trying to get alot of sewing done first....I usually work on only one item at a time so this is a first for me...to have so many WIP's at one time....but I'm anxious to see how this works out for me....

I am working on primitive and cute kitties, frogs and bears..they are all original designs by Jan Marie Dolls and Prims and this is the first time for all these patterns...
Well I'm off to sew and paint and sew and paint....you get the picture...

Can't wait to get some finished...stay tuned for more pictures....

WIP

This truly is a work in progress...It's going to be a cute little giraffe...with antenna and spots and a tail....I hope it looks like it's supposed too...since this is a new pattern (Barenliebe-Teddys) and quite different from the normal primitive things I make.....

A Sneak Peek!!

I am making the cutest little african american dolls....I think she or maybe he is sweet....I created a new soft sculpture pattern for them so it will need some tweaking....it has a little longer torso and the nose is sculpted not sewn on...it will also have the plastic safety joints so arms and legs move...easier to change clothes for kiddies too....different ears...so we'll see...let me know your thoughts...comments are always appreciated...

Two Ellies...

Sorry, I've been really busy and stressed this week and last....I think I hope it's on to smoother sailing....anywho...

What A Great Day!!

What a great day for a brand new Market Day....Tivoli Village in Summerlin....Great people out and about shopping here today....this is a brand new outdoor shopping mall....

If you are local...come out and see us next Saturday...from 8am-1pm.....

I added the handmade kids clothing to the lineup and everyone loved it....I can't wait to add some new items for next week ...

A Great Community Sale Day

Another WIP

I have so many starts....I better start moving on to the finish....like hair, clothes, shoes, socks, diapers....wow sounds alot like a diaper bag.....

This is another little one of a kind from a pattern by Paula's Crow Mountain DollHouse.....

What do you think? Don't you just love these faces done in pencils and watercolor...She's going to be so ready to go once she gets her little faery wings and some clothes....
